We believe everyone deserves tools to process their emotions in a safe, private, and empowering way. Writing has the power to help us see ourselves more clearly, make sense of overwhelming feelings, and rewrite our inner narrative.

Davina Ray has a few graduate degrees – but her favourite is in Psychology with a specialization in Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine. After working for different non-profits around the world in the mental health space, including refugee psycho-social rehabilitation in Egypt, she did not pursue licensure in the USA and chose the road of entrepreneurship and real estate.
Though multiple relocations (UK, Egypt, USA) and hard life experiences, she has used writing as a tool to ‘figure things out’ with herself and that, she claims has made all the difference – She has never forgotten the joy she felt from helping people see the world through new lenses and different angles to help them adjust and cope with life’s daily trials and challenges. She enjoys listening to friends, colleagues and strangers talk about their experiences and offers humorous and unique solutions to everyday issues.
She believes that lasting emotional wellbeing is the result of a powerful strategy – an inner dialogue and journey that allows us to find and own the key to our balance; sometimes, you need a tool to guide you to come to a different answer.
